Katie Bailey holds a Bachelor's degree in Business & Technology from the University of Connecticut and has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Currently serving as an Agent/Broker and Commercial Lines Account Manager at The Russell Agency since October 2008, Katie Bailey manages commercial accounts, assisting clients with coverage inquiries, policy quotations, renewal reviews, billing questions, and claims support. In addition to this role, Katie Bailey is involved in the Fairfield Emerging Leaders Organization and has held leadership positions, including President and Vice President of the Connecticut Young Insurance Professionals (CTYIP) through PIA Management Services.
