William Weightman is an experienced Product Support Manager at Professional Advantage since May 2013, leading a team of engineers and ensuring high-quality support for major clients. With a background as a Technical Support Engineer and Microsoft Dynamics GP Support Engineer, William has developed expertise in customizing software solutions, streamlining support processes, and providing training. Prior roles include supporting Microsoft's ERP systems at VMC, where William earned recognition for outstanding customer service, and serving as a Financial Analyst and General and Cost Accountant at Ingersoll Rand and Bobcat Company, respectively.
