Tomasz Rados is currently serving as a Financial Officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024. Prior to this role, Tomasz was a Financial Correspondent and Project Assistant at the European Commission, focusing on supporting EU countries in structural reforms from February 2022 to January 2024. Tomasz has also contributed to academic developments as a member of the Stakeholder's Council at the University of Warsaw's Faculty of Political Science and International Studies from December 2020 to December 2023. Previous experience includes working with the European Defence Agency and the European External Action Service, as well as leading Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations. Tomasz's foundational experience includes various roles within the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Labour in Poland. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
