Brian Roth has a diverse work experience, starting from their time in the US Navy as a Commander. Brian then moved on to roles in Mirant Corp, Wood Group PPS, and EthosEnergy, where they held positions such as O&M Manager, Commercial Manager, and VP O&M Services. Currently, they serve as the VP O&M at PROENERGY and also runs their own business, Employment 2 Deployment LLC, as President, focusing on aligning business and people strategies.

Brian Roth earned their Bachelor's degree in Physics from Taylor University in 1988. Brian then pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Acoustics at Naval Postgraduate School from 1995 to 1996.
