Vladimir Raisov has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Vladimir began their career in 1983 as a Senior Programmer and Researcher at a military scientific research institute, where they conducted scientific research and published papers in computer science. During this time, they also designed and developed complex software applications for specific purposes.

In 1996, Vladimir joined the Scientific Technical Center KAMI as a Software Development Engineer for a brief period.

In 1998, they transitioned to Tallinn Business Bank Ltd (Tallinna Äripanga AS) as a Software Engineer, focusing on the design and programming of internet banking applications. Vladimir also provided support and consulting for networking, operating systems, and software applications.

In 2005, Vladimir joined GrandMarketing AS as a Software Engineer. In this role, they developed and supported software for distributed audio/video entertainment systems. Vladimir also designed and maintained distributed video surveillance systems using Milestone Video Management Software. Additionally, they provided support and consulting for networking, operating systems, and software applications. Vladimir held this position until 2018.

Following this, in 2008, Vladimir joined Simple Systems OÜ as a Software Developer/Electronic Engineer. Here, they developed and implemented home automation hardware and software for various settings such as offices, private residencies, yachts, and airplanes. Vladimir also designed special-purpose sensors, actuators, and controllers for home automation, and managed their manufacturing. Furthermore, they developed software for these devices, including a small real-time operating system core and drivers for hardware protocols using Texas Instruments Assembler and Code Composer Studio IDE.

Vladimir'smost recent role is as a Software Engineer at Proekspert AS, starting in 2022.

Vladimir Raisov obtained their Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Kharkov Higher Military Command Engineering College in Kharkov, USSR. Vladimir pursued their education at the institution from 1978 to 1983.
