Jana Pipar has a diverse work experience starting in 2011 as a Freelance Photographer for "Through the lens with Jana Pipar." In 2012, they joined Vutivõrk OÜ as a Photographer until August 2016. Jana worked briefly as a Customer Service representative at Grano in 2014. In 2016, Jana started working as a Software Analyst/Product Owner at Proekspert AS and also became a Photo and Video Specialist for the Estonian Football Association.

Jana Pipar attended the Estonian Information Technology College from 2014 to 2017, where they focused on IT Systems development. In addition to their college education, Jana obtained certifications in Agile product management. Jana became a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) in June 2021 and an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) in July 2021, both from Evelyn Konsult AB.
