Camila Balbontin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, communication, and innovation. Currently serving as the Design, Communication, and Innovation Manager at Productos Torre S.A. since May 2012, Camila has successfully transformed a struggling team into a cohesive unit while adapting product collections for international markets, significantly increasing sales in LATAM. Previously, Camila held the position of Head of the Product Design Department at Funmax Toys from 2006 to 2012, where responsibilities included overseeing product design and licensing for major brands like Disney and Nickelodeon. Camila's creative leadership began as a Creative Director at BA/Diseño from 2004 to 2006 and included a role as a Graphic Designer at Manufacturas Louis Phillipe ELLUS from 2000 to 2004. Camila holds a degree in Graphic Design from Universidad del Pacífico, completed between 1996 and 2001.
