Ryan French is an experienced professional with a strong background in client success and sales operations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Success at productOps, Inc. since August 2017, Ryan has played a key role in delivering business solutions within a boutique consulting and software development firm. Prior to this, Ryan accumulated extensive experience at Specialized Bicycle Components from May 2000 to August 2017, holding various senior roles including Director of Sales Operations and Director of Global Customer Service. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico, earned between 1994 and 1998.
