Julie Pavelich is an experienced communication and support professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Bowling Green State University. Currently serving as the Maintenance Support Program Coordinator at Productive Computing, Inc. since September 2021, Julie previously held the role of Resolution Consultant at JMI Reports, where research and investigation of client concerns regarding insurance surveys were emphasized. Julie's tenure at JMI Reports also included positions as Client Engagement Manager and Senior Client Support Representative/Communications Director, managing teams and enhancing client relations. Earlier experience includes freelancing as a writer for prominent publications and working as a copy editor and reporter at the Sandusky Register. Julie's background combines extensive customer service, team leadership, and strong writing skills developed over two decades in journalism and client support.
