Mary Duquesnes has extensive experience in customer service and brand representation across various industries. Currently serving as a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso at Productions Plus – The Talent Shop since October 2014, Mary has previously held roles such as Customer Service and Experience Representative at Thomson Reuters from 2006 to 2013, where complex issues for attorneys and state government customers were resolved. Prior experience includes positions at Wells Fargo, where consistent high sales referrals for mortgage refinance were achieved, and as Counter Manager at Parfums Christian Dior, where sales forecasting and team management were key responsibilities. Earlier roles also included department management at Justers MWTC and administrative tasks at Burberrys LTD. Mary’s educational background includes studies at the University of Minnesota, Alliance Francaise, Macalester College, and Century College.
