Lindsey Zylstra is a Client Support Engineer at Productfy. Prior to joining Productfy, they spent four years at Impec Group as a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager. In this role, Lindsey was responsible for providing high-level technical and product support, ensuring a successful on-boarding, and partnering with customers to maintain clear business goals. Lindsey also led the planning, design, implementation, communication, and delivery of Impec’s WPT products and services.

Lindsey Zylstra has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from San Jose State University and a certification from SpaceIQ in Certified IWMS Application Specialist (Partner). Lindsey is currently enrolled in a full stack web development course at Thinkful.

Lindsey Zylstra reports to Loc Nguyen, Head of Engineering. They work with Bao Ngo - Principal UI Engineer, Tatiana Galushko - Software Dev Engineer in Test, and Zackery White - Software Engineering Manager.
