Erin Martin currently serves as a Regulatory Product Owner and previously held the position of Error Resolution Analyst at ProAg since September 2017, where responsibilities include analyzing and resolving policy errors and creating various management reports. Prior experience includes roles as Underwriter II and Senior Crop Insurance Underwriter at ProAg and International Ag Insurance Solutions from 2010 to 2017, along with multi-peril crop insurance underwriting positions at Farmers Mutual Hail Insurance and Rain and Hail Insurance. Erin began a career in the insurance field at Farm Bureau Financial Services from 1998 to 2009 in a role focused on commercial agricultural policy processing and customer service. Military service includes a tenure as Patient Administrator in the United States Army Reserves from 1992 to 2000. Educational credentials include an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies from Des Moines Area Community College and a high school diploma from Southeast Polk Senior High School.
