Joseph Semet is a Business Analyst at Prodjex. Joseph has been with the company since June 2021 and in their current role for just over a year. Prior to joining Prodjex, Joseph worked as a business analyst for another company for just over two years.
In their current role, Joseph is responsible for evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. Joseph also leads ongoing reviews of business processes and develops optimization strategies. Additionally, Joseph stays up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
To effectively carry out their responsibilities, Joseph conducts meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings, performs requirements analysis, documents and communicates the results of their efforts, and provides leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff, when necessary. Joseph also allocates resources and maintains cost efficiency while ensuring that solutions meet business needs and requirements.
In addition to their responsibilities at Prodjex, Joseph also served as a liaison between stakeholders and users, managed projects, developed project plans, and monitored performance at their previous company. Joseph is experienced in updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures as well as monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
