Mark Gress Jr. is a Partner at Prodigy Search, a leading independent executive search agency specializing in sports and entertainment, since January 2015. With nearly two decades of experience, Mark has built strong relationships with major organizations like FIFA, the Dallas Cowboys, and the New York Yankees. Additionally, Mark serves as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University, teaching sports industry management to graduate students. Previous roles include senior positions in recruiting and employer relations at Drexel University and Arcadia University, as well as experience with the Philadelphia Eagles and Turnkey Sports and Entertainment. Mark holds a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management, both from Drexel University.
