Hitoshi Seki Yanaguibashi is an experienced full stack developer and mobile application specialist, currently serving as the Mobile Sector Assessor at Prodepa since August 2013, where skills in Android and iOS development are applied using Java, Swift/Objective-C, and the Flutter framework. Previously, Hitoshi founded OnHands! from January 2012 to January 2017, focusing on mobile development and curriculum design for iOS courses. Earlier experience includes a web development internship at the Ministério Público junto ao Tribunal de Contas do Município, working with technologies such as JavaServer Faces and Postgres, as well as a prior internship at Cesupa’s Software Factory, specializing in Java-based web systems. Hitoshi holds an MBA in Enterprise Planning and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Cesupa.
