Leah Ingram possesses extensive experience in program management and youth development, currently serving as a Building Sub at Prodeo Academy since August 2022. Previously, Leah held roles as Program Manager and Youth Support Specialist at YMCA of the North from June 2019 to July 2022. Academic pursuits include a Master's degree in Community Development from the University of Notre Dame's Keough School for Global Affairs, where a focus on sustainable development and the intersections of peace-building and community development was emphasized. Additional experience encompasses work with the Peace Corps as both a Volunteer Leader and Volunteer in Northern Uganda, coordination of youth programs at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, and coaching gymnastics at Minnetonka Public School District. Educational credentials also include a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, African Studies, and Global Health from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
