Laura Pancoast currently serves as the Primary Special Education Lead Teacher and Due Process Coordinator at Prodeo Academy, overseeing Pre-K to 1st grade special education teachers and managing educational processes. Pancoast also works as a Special Education Teacher through the TNTP Teaching Fellows program, focusing on equity in elementary education. Previous experience includes roles as a Grants Management Specialist at the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Development & Finance Specialist at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities, and Development Manager at Wilderness Inquiry. Pancoast's background also includes significant experience in development and marketing, with roles at Santa Fe Desert Chorale and Academy for the Love of Learning. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Music from The University of New Mexico and a Bachelor's degree in Music from Concordia College.
