Timothy Baker has a long history of working in customer service and operations roles. Timothy began their career in 2009 as a Customer Support Supervisor at inthinc Technology Solutions, Inc. In 2017, they moved to ORBCOMM as a Customer Service Manager. In 2018, they joined ProdataKey, where they have held the positions of Director of Operations, Project Manager, Operations Manager, and Customer Support Manager.
