Rohit Sharma is a seasoned professional in cloud and network engineering, currently serving as a Global Network Engineering Leader and Telco Cloud Architect at Prodapt since April 2020. In this capacity, Rohit focuses on consulting and creating strategies for clients in the telecommunications, technology, and media/entertainment sectors globally. Additionally, Rohit holds positions as a Member of the SIG1 WG2 Open RAN at Nephio and a Standardization Delegate at the O-RAN ALLIANCE, contributing to critical subgroups related to cloudification and orchestration. Rohit's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Huawei Technologies India, where responsibilities encompassed product management, network automation, and solution testing. Early career roles at Bharti Airtel and internships at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited and ISRO further established expertise in network management and engineering. Rohit holds a B. Tech with Honors in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology from Kurukshetra University.
