Diego Burset serves as the VP Services LATAM at Prodapt since January 2023, focusing on innovation and strategic expansion in the technology sector while leading the regional services unit. Previously, Diego Burset held the position of Global Head of Service Delivery at Ericsson from January 2013 to January 2021, where significant transformations in global professional services and delivery operations occurred, resulting in enhanced efficiency and performance. Prior to that, Diego Burset was the Head of Center of Excellence, overseeing the global professional services hub and fostering long-term customer relationships. Diego Burset also served as Vice President of Services for the Caribbean and Latin America at Telcordia Technologies from December 2007 to December 2012, leading service operations and enhancing business development through a consultative approach. Diego Burset's educational background includes an Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and multiple degrees from San Andres University and ORT Argentina in technology services and business information systems.
