Lance Younger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Currently serving as CEO at ProcureTech, Lance leads efforts to drive digital transformation in procurement through innovative solutions and expert insights. In addition to this role, Lance is an advisor for the Greentech Alliance and an ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, promoting responsible supply chains. Lance has held significant positions such as Managing Director at INVERTO, Partner at Deloitte, and Enterprise Procurement Advisor for Business in the Community, contributing to various procurement transformation projects and initiatives. As a co-founder and former CEO of Statess, Lance established a recognized supplier management software platform. Educational background includes a 1st Class Honours degree in Business & Engineering from De Montfort University.
