Ryan Paul has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ryan started their career as a Coach at Beach Cities Volleyball Club in 2002 and worked there until 2006. Later, they joined RP and Associates as a Sourcing Specialist and was responsible for sourcing factories overseas, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. From 2009 to 2012, Ryan worked as a Sales Specialist at Web Works and Graphics, where they implemented sales procedures, made cold calls, and consistently exceeded sales quotas. In 2012, they joined Employance as a Sales Lead, where they utilized their human capital management platform to attract and engage top talent. Ryan then worked as a Loan Officer at GW Golden Financial from 2016 to 2019, specializing in refinance and reverse mortgages, prospecting new clients, and explaining financial regulations. Currently, they are a Business Development Manager at ProcurementIQ, where they provide market analysis and economic forecasting data to procurement professionals to help them win in a rapidly changing world.

Ryan Paul attended Mira Costa High School from 1997 to 2001. After completing high school, they went on to pursue an Associate's degree in Business/Managerial Economics at El Camino College from 2009 to 2012. Following their time at El Camino College, Ryan Paul furthered their education and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Mount Saint Mary's University from 2014 to 2016.
