Brooke England Lee has a diverse range of work experience in various roles within marketing and leadership positions. Brooke started their career in 2009 as a Communications & Community Outreach Coordinator for Susan G. Komen® Colorado. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Marketing and Membership Services Executive for the National Outsourcing Association. In 2013, Brooke joined Procurement Leaders and held several positions, including Marketing Executive, Senior Marketing Executive, Customer Marketing Manager, Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Senior Events Marketing Manager, and Senior Product Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Network Quality at Procurement Leaders, leading a team focused on peer collaboration, managing awards programs, and celebrating success. Additionally, since 2019, Brooke has served as a Sustainable Procurement Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge, encouraging sustainability and positive change within the procurement community.

Brooke England Lee earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication and Event Planning from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in the years 2004-2008. Brooke then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Marketing at Regent's University London from 2010-2011. Additionally, in 2007, they participated in a study abroad program at the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
