Tiffany Lilze currently serves as Head of Supply Chain, Innovation and Operations for North America Home Care at Procter & Gamble, a position held since October 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing supply chain leadership for North America Retail Operations. Previously, Tiffany held the role of Vice President, Head of North America Commercial Operations at Procter & Gamble. Tiffany's career at the company began in August 2002, with roles including NA Supply Chain Leader for eCommerce and various plant operations positions focused on paper making and converting. Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Cincinnati between 1992 and 1997.
