Sashank Konete is an accomplished Brand Director in Personal Health Care at Procter & Gamble since June 2017, recognized for significantly improving Vicks Lozenges market share and launching ZzzQuil to establish India’s #1 Sleep Supplements brand. Previously, Sashank served as Senior Brand Manager for the P&G Haircare Portfolio in Malaysia and Singapore, responsible for driving business results and executing marketing strategies. As Regional Assistant Brand Manager for Herbal Essences in the Asia Pacific, Sashank led a successful multi-functional team that achieved record growth across six markets. Sashank's experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant in Consumer Behavior at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Summer Intern in Consumer and Market Knowledge at Procter & Gamble, along with previous internships and leadership roles at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and Swiss Re.
