Shreya Dugar possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of HRBP for IMEA Procurement and India Fabric & Grooming, in addition to being the India Brand Talent Leader at Procter & Gamble. Previously, Shreya held the role of Senior Manager, HRBP for IMEA Procurement and India Fabric Care, focused on Diversity & Inclusion, as well as Senior Manager of Human Resources, where responsibilities included serving as Change Leader at the Baddi Site. Shreya also gained early experience as a Summer Intern at Colgate-Palmolive and as an Intern at MTS - Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd.
