Mokutima Ajileye has extensive experience in brand leadership and commercial management, having served as Regional Brand Leader for Asia Pacific Oral Care and Managing Director at Procter & Gamble, as well as Senior Director of Commercial & Marketing. Prior to this, roles at Nigerian Breweries Plc included Quality Management Systems Leader and Shift Manager in Brewing. Mokutima holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School and has pursued additional education at IMD.
