Michael Flath is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and consumer health care. Currently serving as Vice President of Brand Personal Health Care Europe at Procter & Gamble since 2018, Michael leads the marketing, market research, professional marketing, and communications for the P&G and Merck portfolio in Europe following the acquisition. Prior to this role, Michael was Marketing Director for Consumer Health Europe at Merck KGaA from 2013 to 2018 and also held various marketing leadership positions at Procter & Gamble from 2001 to 2012, focusing on brands like Gillette and Head & Shoulders. Michael holds an MBA in Marketing from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and has additional educational experience at Wisconsin School of Business and HLF Villach.
