Isabel Pimentel is an accomplished brand leader with extensive experience at Procter & Gamble since 2003, currently serving as Brand Vice President for Global Female Grooming. Pimentel has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of NA Personal Care upstream innovation and sustainability, as well as Associate Brand Director positions for both NA and Latin America. Expertise includes overseeing significant P&L responsibilities, leading multifunctional teams, and implementing successful brand strategies and new product launches. Notable achievements involve leading the first-ever company MBCI in Latin America and driving double-digit growth for multiple brands within competitive markets. Isabel Pimentel holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Marketing from UCAB and has completed an international exchange program at the University of Rochester.
