Previous roles at Procter & Gamble include Information Technology and Shared Services Executive, Associate Director, and Global Product Manager, with a focus on employee productivity, service offerings, and operational improvements through technology. Eleodor has extensive experience in SAP implementation and management, having led significant global initiatives at Procter & Gamble Canada Inc. Educational qualifications include an MBA from CIIM, a Master's in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest, and ongoing studies in Generative AI at Northwestern University, along with an executive education program at Harvard Business School.
