Daniel Dressler is an experienced marketing and operations leader currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Contact Center at Banco ProCredit Ecuador, where responsibilities include overseeing customer service and client acquisition, as well as executing marketing strategies. Previous roles include Telesales Director at Home Credit China, managing large teams and significant sales performance, and various positions focused on fraud detection and prevention within Home Credit organizations across multiple countries. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in International Trade and a Master’s degree in Law, along with a Bachelor's degree in International Trade, complemented by international study experiences at the University of Hamburg and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
