Carmen Maria Viloria is a Senior UX Researcher at Procore Technologies since June 2024, with extensive experience in user experience design and research. Previous roles include Sr. UX Researcher/Design Strategist at Disco.xyz, where the focus was on verifiable credentials and user data control, and Product Researcher at LendingClub, managing user research for financial products that contributed to significant revenue growth. Carmen also served as a User Experience Designer at USAA, Freelance Web Designer at Studio Malagón, and held various roles in design and strategy in organizations such as Left Right Media and Katie Kime Inc. Academic achievements include a Master's degree in Sociology from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from St. Edward's University. Currently, Carmen is participating in the D-Crit Summer Intensive residency at the School of Visual Arts.
