Don Sharpe is an IT Systems Specialist at The ProComp Group since June 2020, with a robust background in enterprise messaging and IT support. Previously, Don held the position of Enterprise Messaging Engineer II at XPO Logistics, Inc., from April 2016 to April 2020, where responsibilities included third-tier Messaging and Office 365 Tenant Management and Support. Prior to that, Don worked as a System Engineer and IT Support Center Manager at Net-Tech from May 2007 to August 2015, leading a four-member support team and establishing support frameworks for global clients. Don's educational background includes studies at Chaminade University of Honolulu.
