Ojasvi Tandon is currently serving as a Client Success Partner in HR Operations at PROCLOZ since November 2023. Prior to this role, Ojasvi worked at Ginesys from December 2021 to November 2023 as a Human Resources Operations Executive, where responsibilities included managing the complete employee life cycle and overseeing the onboarding process. Ojasvi has also gained experience through internships at Aashman Foundation and Growth Central VC in May 2021. Ojasvi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management from Rukmini Devi Institute of Advanced Studies (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management/Marketing from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (2017-2020).
