Marcin Wysokiński has over 20 years of work experience in software engineering. Marcin began their career in 2000 as a Programmer for Eldorado S.A. / Infinite Sp. z o. o. Marcin then moved to German Capital Software GmbH in 2005 as a Programmer and then to Polish Capital Software Sp. z o.o. in 2007 as a Programmer/Team Leader. In 2011, they became a Remote Programmer for ATM Software. In 2013, they held two positions as a Senior Java Developer for Transition Technologies S.A. and a Senior Designer - Java Developer for IT BPS. In 2014, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Mobica. In 2015, they were a Senior Developer at Withlocals. In 2018, they were a Senior hAkker at Scalac and a Senior Engineer at Process Street.

Marcin Wysokiński obtained a Master of Mathematics degree from Uniwersytet Marii Curie-Skłodowskiej w Lublinie in 2000, specializing in Mathematics and Computer Science. Marcin also holds certifications in Prince 2 (obtained in November 2012), Sun Certified Java Programmer (obtained in 2010), Functional Program Design in Scala, Functional Programming Principles in Scala, and Parallel Programming from Coursera Course Certificates.
