Marion Baniol has extensive experience in the fields of manufacturing engineering and scientific research, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Scientist at Procella Therapeutics AB from July 2022 to July 2024. Prior roles include Postdoctoral Researcher at Karolinska Institutet (April 2016 - June 2022) and PhD student at Fondazione Santa Lucia (September 2009 - June 2014), focusing on Polycomb-associated noncoding RNAs and gene expression regulation in skeletal muscle differentiation. Early academic experience includes work as a 2nd year Master student at Institut de Génétique Moléculaire de Montpellier, where the characterization of an intergenic noncoding RNA at the mouse imprinted Igf2/H19 locus was conducted. Educational credentials include a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Rome Tor Vergata and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of Montpellier.
