Lacey Salas has a strong background in sales and account management. Lacey began their career in 2008 with Aveda as a Senior Instructor/Aveda Makeup Coach. In 2013, they joined The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where they held the roles of Education Executive and later Field Sales Executive and Trainer. During their time there, Lacey was responsible for store and account management, hiring and developing talent, and driving sales and corporate initiatives. In 2020, they worked as an Account Executive at Astral Brands and COSMEDIX. Currently, Lacey holds the position of National Sales Manager at ProCell Therapies.

Lacey Salas began their education journey in 2007 at Aveda Institute Houston, where they pursued a degree in Aesthetician/Esthetician and Skin Care Specialist. This program lasted for a year and was completed in 2008, resulting in Lacey earning both a Licensed Esthetician and Instructor certification. Following their time at Aveda Institute Houston, there is no specified start or end year for their enrollment at Tarrant County College. However, they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities.
