Nikola Vidović has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a Manager at The Michaels Companies, Inc., where they managed employees, provided customer service, and handled inventory control. In 2021, they worked as a Business Development Representative at HR Path, where they prospecting and maintained customer relationships, as well as performed data migration and entry tasks. Nikola also worked as part of the Solution Advisory Team at Sodales Solutions, where they developed documents and conducted platform demos for prospective clients. In 2021, they served as an Ambassador for Spikeball Inc., actively involved in promoting and growing the sport through hosting tournaments, increasing engagement on social media, and raising funds for donations to the hospital's physical rehabilitation department. Currently, they are a Business Development Representative at ProcedureFlow.

Nikola Vidović received their OSSD from Garth Webb Secondary School between 2013 and 2017. After that, they attended UWC South East Asia from 2011 to 2013. Currently, they are pursuing a Business Administration Diploma with a focus on International Business at George Brown College, which they started in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022.
