Jaclyn Lo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jaclyn started their career at TD Insurance in 2006 as an Insurance Analyst, eventually moving up to become a Quality Assurance Analyst in 2008. In 2009, they transitioned to the role of Team Leader, leading the Claims Response Centre and overseeing the strategic direction for the Quality department. Their responsibilities included managing a team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing evaluation tools to measure customer experience. In 2012, they became a Customer Experience Advisor, focusing on national claims.
In 2013, Jaclyn joined TD as a National Manager of Customer Experience for TD Insurance, where they played a key role in enhancing customer experience across the organization. Their work in this role lasted until February 2017.
Following their tenure at TD, Jaclyn joined Wyndham Hotels & Resorts in 2017. Jaclyn started as a Customer Account Specialist before transitioning to the role of Account Supervisor for Wyndham Rewards. In this role, they played a part in creating a welcoming and informative onboarding journey for new team members, developing a confident and service-driven workforce. Jaclyn also served as a Trainer for Wyndham Rewards, contributing to the program being voted the #1 travel rewards program from 2018-2020.
Jaclyn recently joined ProcedureFlow in 2020, initially working as an Account Executive and subsequently transitioning to the role of Customer Success Manager in June 2022. Their specific responsibilities in this role are not provided.
Jaclyn Lo completed their high school education at Simonds High School from 1999 to 2003. Jaclyn then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of New Brunswick, graduating in 2006. After a gap of a few years, Jaclyn attended the Insurance Institute of New Brunswick from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) Designation in Property & Casualty Insurance.
