Colleen Badalis is an experienced professional in sports management and education, currently serving as the Head of Recitation in the Mathematics Department and an Assistant Softball Coach at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Colleen co-founded and manages Garden State Naturals Softball, providing elite training for athletes, while also offering private softball lessons through C’s Up Softball. Additionally, Colleen works as an AI Trainer at Outlier, focusing on enhancing AI models in Mathematics, and serves as a Physical Therapy Aide at ProCare Rehabilitation. With a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Kean University and pursuing a Master of Sport Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Colleen brings a strong academic and practical background to all endeavors in coaching and educational support.
