Ashley Martin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success, marketing operations, and event management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts at Probo Medical since August 2021, Ashley has held various roles including Marketing Operations Manager and Customer Experience Manager. Previously, Ashley worked as a Franchise Sales Marketing Manager at Focus Brands, overseeing lead generation and managing budgets while supporting sales teams. Additional experience includes serving as an Executive Assistant at ACT, focusing on project timelines and event logistics, and as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator at AmeriQual Group, where responsibilities encompassed client relations and event planning.
