Al Marfurt is an experienced Senior System Engineer at Probity Inc. since September 2016, previously serving as a Cyber Systems Engineer at Vencore Inc. and as VP of Engineering at Affirmed Technologies. With a substantial tenure at BAE Systems Information Technology as Technical Director, Al managed a large-scale custom ETL project for an enterprise-level link-analysis system. Earlier experience includes a Program Manager role at TRW Defense, where Al oversaw the Ocean Surveillance Information System. Al holds multiple degrees from the University at Buffalo, including an MBA in Information Systems and Operations Research, an M.A. in Geography with a focus on GIS and Location Theory, and a B.A. in Geography with an emphasis on International Trade.
