Tim Kennedy is an experienced engineering and manufacturing leader in the pharmaceutical and automotive industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Probiotec Limited since January 2019, Tim leads a team of 30 in a high-paced contract manufacturing environment, overseeing equipment and engineering for products valued at over $70 million. Prior to this role, Tim was the Manufacturing Manager at Ego Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included ensuring high-quality production and personnel development. Tim's earlier career at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia from 2010 to 2017 involved project management and engineering roles, focusing on process improvement, cost reduction, and compliance with various standards. Tim holds a Master of Information Technology with Distinction from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automotive Engineering from RMIT University, along with certifications in AgilePM and PRINCE2 project management methodologies.
