Peer Klimant currently serves as the Head of Process Planning at PROBAT since May 2020, following a role as Auftragsplaner. Prior experience includes working as a Database developer at Bureau Backpackerz and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Uhde High Pressure Technologies GmbH, where responsibilities focused on optimizing production processes in machinery and plant engineering. Peer Klimant also completed an internship at Daimler AG, where Six Sigma was applied to enhance corrosion testing procedures, and has held assistant positions at Pforzheim University. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Operations Management from the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria and a Bachelor of Science in BW/Ressourceneffizienz-Management from Pforzheim University.
