Lukas Lange

CEO & Co-Founder at Probably Genetic

Lukas Lange has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Lukas began their career as a Research & Teaching Assistant at the Technical University of Munich in 2010. Lukas then worked as a Project Consultant at The Linde Group in 2011, followed by an Internship in Business Development and Corporate Communications at The Linde Group in 2012. In 2013, they were a Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group and an Intern in Venture Capital and Investment Management at High-Tech Gründerfonds. In 2015, they were an Associate at The Boston Consulting Group, and in 2017 they were a Biotech advisor at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Currently, they are the CEO & Co-Founder of Probably Genetic.

Lukas Lange attended the International German School of Brussels from 2001 to 2009 where they earned their Highschool Diploma. Lukas then attended the Technical University of Munich from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemical Engineering. In 2011 and 2012, they attended the Stiftung Bayerische EliteAkademie and the Pierre and Marie Curie University, respectively, where they earned an Honours Certificate in Management, Leadership, and Personality Development and a Licence in Chemistry. From 2013 to 2014, they attended the University of Cambridge, earning a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Advanced Chemical Engineering. Lukas is currently attending the University of Oxford, where they are pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioinformatics & Genetics (Rare Genetic Diseases). In 2019, they attended Y Combinator for the W19 program.
