Mark Helms has extensive experience in the audio-visual industry, currently serving as Operations Manager and Systems Designer at ProAudio.com since October 2008. Prior to this role, Mark gained valuable skills as Designer/Lead Installer at Southlake AV from August 2007 to October 2008, and as Lead Installer at Best Buy from July 2004 to August 2007. Mark's career began as an Installer at Electro Acoustics from June 2001 to November 2003. Mark holds educational credentials from The University of Texas at Arlington and the University of North Texas, where studies were completed between 2002 and 2006.
