Monica Lamm has a diverse work experience. Monica started their career as an Audit Intern at KPMG in 2019, where they performed audit procedures and familiarized herself with financial statements for SEC filings. Monica then worked as an Accounting and IT Intern at Goodwin Brothers Shades and Specialties in 2019, where they performed routine monitoring procedures and researched ERP systems for various process areas. In 2020, Monica joined KPMG as an Audit Associate, where they worked with the audit engagement team to provide assurance over SEC filings and performed data analysis using Excel, PowerBI, and Alteryx. Monica also supported the audit team in daily operations. In 2022, Monica joined Soho Social as an Assistant General Manager, where they handled payroll functions, implemented a tip tracking system, and managed private events and catering. Currently, they are working at ProAssurance as a Financial Analyst.

Monica Lamm completed their high school education at Reservoir High School in 2015. After that, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree at The University of Alabama, Culverhouse College of Commerce from 2015 to 2020. During their degree, they focused on Commerce and Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, with a minor in Computer Technology and Applications. Additionally, in March 2021, Monica obtained a certification in "Using Power BI with Excel" from LinkedIn.
