Tom Holden has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Tom worked as a Chief Product Officer at Mondra, where they were involved in developing a data-driven insights platform for monitoring and improving environmental performance. Prior to that, they held the same role at ProArch.

Tom also worked as a Product Owner at AlixPartners, where they were responsible for overseeing product development. Tom worked as a Delivery Lead, Delivery Manager, and Product Owner at CH58, where they also served as the founder and lead consultant.

Additionally, Tom worked as an Interim Principal Consultant at Hoare Lea and as an Agile Delivery Lead & Coach at Radical Company. Tom also served as a Smart Building Consultant at Vanti, where they facilitated the visioning and development of smart building solutions for clients.

Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Senior Project Manager at UBM plc, leading agile projects and overseeing the development of various products. Tom also worked as a Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager at Shaw Trust, successfully leading a project for the Department of Works and Pensions.

In addition to their professional experience, Tom was the owner and director of Puretwelve Recycling, a fully licensed WEEE recycler.

Tom Holden attended Alsager School from 1991 to 1998, but it is not specified what degree or field of study they pursued at this institution. Tom then went on to The University of Edinburgh, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, specializing in Physics and Computing from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their educational background, Tom Holden has also obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from the Scrum Alliance in February 2017.
