Nilou M. is a Senior Consultant at PROACTIVE, a position held since January 2022. Before this, Nilou served as the Estimation Department Manager at Green Touch Builders from September 2016 to December 2021, overseeing multiple bids and facilitating communication between the estimating team and the Vice President. Additional roles at Green Touch Builders included Project Manager, Project Estimator, and Strategic Planner, where Nilou developed analytics reports and conducted extensive bid volume and sales analysis.
