Sergio Molina de la Llave currently serves as a Técnico de selección de personal y captación de talento at Proa Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Sergio completed an internship at Go Consulting Personas y Estrategia, focusing on selection processes. From September 2018 to October 2022, Sergio worked at Globalia as a customer service professional and also gained experience as an intern at Core Consulting. Sergio holds a Master's degree in Management and Direction of Human Resources from Universitat de les Illes Balears, which was completed in May 2023, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same institution, obtained in 2018.
